Agreement to These Terms

By using this website, booking a simulator session, purchasing a membership, or attending an event at The Race Haus, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you are responsible for making sure your guests are aware of these terms.

Bookings & Cancellations

Simulator sessions and private events are reserved for a specific date and time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours before your session so we can offer the time to other drivers. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may forfeit the session or any booking fee paid.

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get you fitted and briefed. Late arrivals may have their session shortened to keep the schedule on time for other drivers.

Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly and include session credits and member discounts as described on our Memberships page. Credits are for the member's use and follow the terms shown at the time of purchase. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-month refunds are issued.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Sim racing uses full-motion and force-feedback equipment. While our simulators are safe for most guests, motion rigs may not be suitable for those who are pregnant or have certain heart, neck, or back conditions, or who are prone to motion sickness. Ask our staff if you have any concerns.

All drivers must review and accept our liability waiver before using the simulators. Guests under 18 require a parent or guardian to sign on their behalf. The Race Haus is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged on the premises.

Facility Conduct & Equipment

We ask all guests to treat the equipment, staff, and other drivers with respect. Guests who damage equipment through misuse may be responsible for repair or replacement costs, and we reserve the right to end a session or refuse service to anyone whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

Website & Content

The content on this site, including text, photos, video, and branding, belongs to The Race Haus and may not be reused without permission. We work to keep pricing, hours, and availability accurate, but details may change; the information confirmed at the time of your booking controls.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date it took effect. Continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
